Making Magic with High School Senior Photos | Meet Darby
Senior photo shoots hold a special place in my heart. I'm honored to help capture such a pivotal moment in young lives - it's a celebration of everything they've worked for to transition into adulthood. I love showing each Senior how beautiful and perfect they are. And the 2-hour reveal party where I present them (and their closest friends and family!) with their final shots - that's my favorite part.
I recently did a shoot for a Heritage High School Senior, Darby. This young woman has the most amazing heart and smile - beautiful inside and out. From the first time we met at our consultation meeting, I knew she was going to do big things! As we got to know each other, she shared with me her love of sunflowers. And even though the local sunflower fields weren't in bloom for her session, I just knew I had to make it happen. When she arrived on the day of our shoot, Darby was shocked to see that I had sunflowers on hand - that I had remembered. We had such a blast incorporating them into her session.
Really listening to clients and making sure their vision becomes a reality is a passion of mine and what I believe sets me apart from other photographers. Asking the right questions, taking the time to get to know each individual is how I ensure every detail meets their goals. A photography session isn't about me, it's about the client - it's their chance to showcase not only their beauty but who they really are. I believe that each photo experience should be custom and I am here to make the session of your dreams come true.
